| Access to Healthcare |
| Our aim is to advocate and accelerate access to qualified healthcare to help people suffering from a permanent or temporary disability within intimate healthcare: bowel, urinary or wound diseases and the consequences thereof. |
| 1. We will support projects complying with our selection criteria regardless of religion, gender or political direction of the applicant(s). |
| 2. We will commit ourselves to a high standard of integrity and will not accept corruption and bribery. We will monitor the supported projects. |
| 3. We will comply with the local legal requirements, and our projects will respect local culture, social and healthcare structure. |
| 4. We will always ensure that the support we offer is of mutual interest, and in compliance with local customs and practices. |
| 5. We shall be open and transparent in our communication and report the results regularly. |
| 6. We will not grant financial or other support to further causes of a particular political party, person or political campaign efforts. |
| 7. We will not support anything that may give cause for a potential conflict of interest neither publicly nor personally. |
| We will strive to support people with a permanent or temporary disability directly or indirectly so they can live a dignified life on equal terms with other members of the society free from taboo and social exclusion. We recognize that people with a permanent or temporary disability have the same hopes and dreams as all others, and they will be recognized as equal human beings. |
| Coloplast is a signatory of UN Global Compact since 2002, a voluntary UN initiative to support universal environmental and social principles. Coloplast has implemented our own Code of Conduct and comply with various industry guidelines where we operate. |
