| The Access to Healthcare programme is an organisation with its own mandate, rules of procedure and board. The Donation Board meets quarterly and is responsible for the assessment, prioritization and approval of applications. The Board is wholly independent and consists of the following members. |

| Dr. Anil Kapur is an internist by training and Managing Director of the World Diabetes Foundation. He has more than 30 years of work experience in clinical medicine, clinical research, business and public health. |

| Elizabeth is currently President of the World Council of Enterostomal Therapists (WCET) – a global organization for those with an interest in stoma, wound or continence care with members from over 50 countries. Elizabeth has worked as a Stomal Therapy Nurse for 24 years and is recognized as a world expert. |
Professor Fin Biering-Sørensen, M.D. STN (Cred), BN.

| Professor Biering-Sørensen is head of the department for Spinal Cord Injuries in the NeuroScience Center at Rigshospitalet, (The University Hospital), Copenhagen, Denmark. |
| Professor Biering-Sørensen is also a frequent lecturer at universities and seminars around the world. He holds a number of awards and honors for his extensive work and sits on several national and international boards and committees, particularly related to rehabilitation within SCI |
